Our Story
It all started years ago, long before I opened my first food truck. I spent over a decade in the kitchens of high-end restaurants and country clubs, learning how to create dishes that not only taste amazing but also tell a story. But as time went on, I found myself wanting something more—something that brought me back to my roots. I wanted to share the rich flavors of Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cuisine with a twist of Texas flair.
That’s when I decided to step away from fine dining and take my passion to the streets. My idea was simple: combine the bold spices and vibrant flavors of the Mediterranean with the smoky, hearty goodness of Texas barbecue. I wanted to create food that’s authentic, packed with flavor, and, most importantly, made with heart.

Each of my food trucks has its own unique twist—one might specialize in slow-smoked meats, while another might focus on crispy, golden fried chicken—but they all share the same core philosophy: food that’s crafted with care, loaded with flavor, and kissed by the unmistakable taste of smoke.
